Established in 1999, Ritch-Meyer Machine & Tool started out as a small outsource shop. We've since grown into a full-service tool and mold company capable of designing and building quality complex tools, all while using the most up-to-date techniques and tooling.
Our team has over 50 years of experience servicing the automotive industry and we are continually expanding our knowledge into other industries as demand increases.
We are committed to working effectively and efficiently within your company's production schedules and tooling requirement deadlines. We want to help you achieve a high-quality finished product.
We can follow your project from initial design to delivery of a custom tool, on time and to your specifications. We work with you every step of the way to ensure your project remains on schedule and is completed to the highest quality.
With over 50 years of experience in the tool and die industry our customers trust us to deliver the following services:
We specialize in the design and manufacturing of high pressure die cast tools. We can maintain and refurbish existing tools, work with engineering changes, process improvements and troubleshoot.
To improve part quality, speed up production and decrease your part price, our toolmakers can design and build a quality trim tool that works from the first press.
Our experienced designers and mold makers bring quality craftsmanship to every tool. We are continuously innovating our procedures to ensure our customers get a flawless part.
The integrated Mold Tool Design and NC Programming in CimatronE by 3D Systems allows us to take your part data and design the optimal tooling solution.
We are equipped with CimatronE CAD/CAM for Tool Making by 3D Systems. This integrated Mold Tool Design and NC Programming software allows us to more efficiently and effectively design and build all of your custom tooling needs.
Our designers will perform a part feasibility analysis to detect any areas that might cause molding complications such as undercuts, deficient draft, or poor fill areas. In the later design stages, a mold flow analysis will be performed to ensure optimal gating and filling locations.
New machine technology and advanced programming techniques have allowed us to run lights-out. Not only can we meet your deadlines but we pass on these efficiencies to our customers and lower your replacement costs.
We can help extend the life of your tooling by performing regular planned maintenance around your companies production schedule. We pride ourselves on a quick turnaround time to minimize production downtime.
We are very fortunate to have received recognition for our services from our partners and industry experts:
